In our class, you will learn a lot about koji by tasting and cooking: What’s is Koji, How to use Koji products at home, How to make Shio Koji and Amazake, and more. You will take your own Shio Koji to your home. This class includes a full meal cooked with Aedan Koji products!

Private class
We are offering Miso Making and Shio Koji Making private classes:
Miso Making Class
$1250 for up to 8 people
Plus $125 for each additional person
14 Maximum
Koji Cooking Class
$1500 for up to 8 people
Plus $150 for each additional person
14 Maximum

One week advance notice is required for your class credit
* We purchase supplies and prepare in advance and put a lot of effort for our classes. We’d appreciate you to understand that buying our class ticket is similarly purchasing a concert ticket, therefore we are not able to offer refunds. Thank you.
